Knife Information
It's a chef's knife. It's usage should be pretty self-explanatory. One end is sharp so don't hold that end. The blade is made from AEB-L stainless steel, a time-tested and reliable steel that's shaved many a face and leg.
Warning: Don't shave with it. Or do. I'm not your mom but you've been warned.
Because it's a stainless steel you can be sure that it will hold its edge for a long time and the finish will resist corrosion and patina. The blade is also nice and large so it'll look really impressive when you pull it from your knife roll to the oohs and aahs of your fellow line cooks.
The handle is not sharp. We tested it. Extensively. We also rounded the edges of the handle and spine to reduce hot spots which will also reduce fatigue during long chopping sessions. The handle is made from a synthetic frame with inlaid composite scales making it very durable while also being very pretty and shiny. More oohs and aahs. Bask in it.
